Third Country Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to third countries (e.g. USA). Transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

Payment Processing via PayPal

Provider: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.

Payment data is transmitted directly to PayPal for payment processing.

Encrypted Payment Transactions

Payment transactions are processed exclusively via SSL/TLS encrypted connections.

Fulfillment via byrd

For storage, picking and shipping we use byrd technologies GmbH, Riesenfeldstraße 33, 80809 Munich, Germany.

Transferred data includes name, shipping address, contact details and order data.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. A data processing agreement has been concluded.

Retention Period of Order Data

Order and invoice data are stored in accordance with statutory retention periods (6–10 years).
